In order to help prevent the spread of the Corona virus, Mactwin has taken all necessary precautions, in accordance with the advice given by Dutch government body RIVM. The health of our employees and customers is of paramount importance to us.
One of these precautions is that many of our colleagues are working from their home offices. Fortunately, we were prepared for such an event.
What does this mean for you?
Despite all the measures we’ve taken, we remain at your service. Our colleagues are still available through the same channels you’re accustomed to. We are doing all we can to continue our project and servicing activities; remotely from our Mactwin Operation Center (MOC) if possible. For many of our customers, remote servicing is already the new normal. And now, with the Corona outbreak, we are particularly glad to have this service available. If remote servicing is impossible, we will send our technicians to your location; properly informed and abiding by the required health precautions. And of course, only after consultation with you.
We can’t predict what the final consequences of this Corona outbreak will be. At Mactwin, we are very aware of the risks and we’re approaching this new, unwanted situation as positively as possible. We are also aware that many of you are facing some challenges of your own. We wish you all the best.
